Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal)

The Nursing Home Support Scheme, commonly known as the Fair Deal, is a government initiative providing financial assistance for long-term nursing home care. This scheme replaces the Nursing Home Subvention Scheme, offering financial relief based on an assessment of each applicant’s income and assets. Once assessed, residents contribute a portion of their care costs, with the Health Service Executive (HSE) covering the remaining balance for approved public and private nursing homes.

Our Fees

• Weekly Fee (effective August 2024): €1142.00 per week or €163.15 per day
• Weekly Social Programmes: €200 per month

Our weekly fee includes comprehensive care, comfortable accommodations, and access to a wide range of amenities. For residents who wish to participate in our additional social programmes, there is a separate monthly fee.
