At Shannon Lodge Nursing Home, we welcome all comments, suggestions, and complaints as valuable opportunities to improve the quality of our care and services. Feedback may come from residents, their families, visitors, staff, or members of visiting Multidisciplinary Teams.
We are committed to resolving complaints effectively, respectfully, and in a timely manner, using an early resolution approach whenever possible. All concerns raised will be acknowledged, investigated, and addressed in accordance with our complaints policy, and we will keep you informed throughout the process. Where mistakes have been made, we will take responsibility and do our utmost to put things right.
